Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to join our growing team! Reporting to our Chief Customer Officer, this role will lead the implementation of our AgileSec Analytics Solution within our strategic accounts. This role will work closely with our customers and partners to deliver business value and ensure successful execution of their engagements with ISG products and services. This role will also work cross functionally within the company to help deliver roadmap items to ISG customers and partners. This successful candidate will play the role of educator and trainer to ensure our customers are well equipped during the implementation process and experiences a white glove service with ISG to ensure high product utilization and adoption.
Job Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Define integration plans and architecture with customers
- Lead integration discussions within assigned accounts
- Install AgileSec Analytics Backend system using Virtual Machines and/or Containers
- Configure high-availability and clustering
- Configure and integrate with identity and authentication systems
- Deploy AgileSec Analytics Sensors across Windows and Linux systems
- Optimize Sensor configuration based on use-cases and customer needs
- Build automation scripts using SCCM, Ansible, Chef or other deployment tools
- Engage and support accounts via phone, email and the ISG support portal
- Build custom connectors to interface with 3rd party systems
- Able to leverage AgileSec Analytics API and 3rd Party systems API
- Able to work across various time zones to support our global customer base
Minimum Qualifications (Who You Are)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Strong understanding of the different OS and distributions
- Experience with VM, Containerization, Azure, and AWS deployments
- Experience with IT deployment tools, such as Ansible or Microsoft SCCM
- Experience with authentication and identity management systems
- Experience with scripting language, such as python, bash and PowerShell.
- Experience with customer facing roles
- Strong communication skills, oral and written
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- A team player who performs well independently
- Able to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience, when needed
- Tech savvy and comfortable learning new technologies
Nice To Have Skills:
- Experience with elasticsearch or opensearch
- Experience with Security, PKI, SSL
